1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

To cancel an order:

  • Email us at support@endurosports.shop with your Order ID
  • Call us at +91 88844 03789 (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 6 PM)
  • Subject line: "Order Cancellation - [Your Order ID]"

1.2 Cancellation by Company

We may cancel orders in the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued
  • Pricing or product description error
  • Payment verification failure
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Delivery not possible to the specified pincode
  • Force majeure circumstances

In case of company-initiated cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if:

  • Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery date
  • Product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • Product is not in the non-returnable category (see below)
  • All accessories and freebies are included

2.2 Return Reasons Accepted

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Product does not match the description on website
  • Missing items from the order
  • Size/fit issues (where applicable)

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

❌ The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Swimwear, innerwear, and personal hygiene products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products with broken seals (grips, tapes, shuttlecocks)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

3.1 Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Product: Free reverse pickup arranged by us
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping charges borne by customer (₹79-150 based on location)
  • Self-Ship: If you prefer to ship yourself, use a trackable shipping method

Important: Please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping. Damage during return transit may affect your refund eligibility.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Timelines

4.2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • UPI Payments: Refund to the original UPI ID
  • Bank Transfer: Refund to the original bank account
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) - bank details required

4.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Product shows signs of use or damage
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • Product tags have been removed
  • Only part of an order is being returned

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Initiate a return for the original product
  2. Place a new order for the desired product
  3. Refund from the return will be processed as per standard timelines

6. Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery if outer packaging is visibly damaged
  • If accepted, report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos of damaged packaging and product
  • Email support@endurosports.shop with Order ID and evidence

For verified transit damage, we will arrange free return pickup and full refund or replacement.

7. Quality Issues

If you discover a manufacturing defect after using the product:

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos demonstrating the defect
  • Our team will assess and determine eligibility for refund/replacement
  • Warranty claims (if applicable) will be processed through the manufacturer

8. Refund Delays

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeline:

  1. Check your bank account/UPI app for pending credits
  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@endurosports.shop

Note: Bank processing times may vary. Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect after processing. UPI and bank transfer refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours.
