1. Delivery Timelines
Our estimated delivery timelines are based on the delivery location after order dispatch:
(Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad)
(Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, etc.)
(Tier 3 cities & rural areas)
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, or remote locations. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
2. Shipping Charges

Additional charges may apply for:
- Oversized or heavy items (cricket kits, cycles, fitness equipment) - Additional âš100-300 based on weight/dimensions
- Remote/hard-to-reach areas as classified by our courier partners
- Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge: âš40 per order
3. Order Processing
3.1 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (3-5 days)
3.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive:
- Order confirmation email with order details and order ID
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched
- SMS updates for key delivery milestones
4. Serviceable Locations
4.1 Pincode Serviceability
We deliver across India to most pincodes. Before checkout, our system will verify if your pincode is serviceable. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
4.2 Restricted Areas
Delivery may not be available or may face delays in:
- Areas with limited courier access
- Certain northeastern states and union territories
- Remote islands and border areas
- Areas affected by natural calamities or civil unrest
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you can track its status through:
- Track Order Page: Visit Track Your Order and enter your order ID
- Email Link: Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Courier Website: Track directly on the courier partner's website using the AWB number
6. Delivery Process
6.1 Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
- You may be charged for return shipping in case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability
6.2 Receiving Your Order
- Please inspect the package before accepting delivery
- If the outer packaging appears damaged, you may refuse delivery
- For COD orders, payment must be made to the delivery person before receiving the package
- OTP verification may be required for high-value orders
6.3 Signature Requirement
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the package may be:
- Left with a family member or neighbor (with your consent)
- Held at the nearest courier office for pickup
- Reattempted the next business day
7. Shipping Partners
We partner with reputable logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery:

- India Post (for select locations)
The courier partner will be assigned based on your pincode and order details.
8. Large/Heavy Items
For bulky sports equipment (cycles, treadmills, large cricket kits):
- Special handling charges may apply
- Delivery may take 2-3 additional days
- Delivery will be to ground floor only; staircase or lift delivery is not included
- Installation, if required, must be arranged separately
9. Delays and Issues

- National/regional holidays
- High-volume periods (sales, festivals)

- Address-related issues

10. Address Guidelines
To ensure successful delivery, please provide:
- Complete house/flat number and building name
- Street name and landmark
- City, State, and correct Pincode
- Active mobile number for delivery updates
Important: We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.
11. International Shipping
Currently, Enduro Sports ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back for updates on international delivery options.
